Reviews
Positive: The reviewers appreciated the clinic's patient-centered care, with a focus on comfort and understanding.
Negative: The reviews highlighted significant issues with communication, including poor response times, multiple voicemails left unreturned, and a lack of follow-up.

Patient-Centered Care

The reviews indicate that the clinic's clinicians prioritize patient comfort and care. Author Jen Miller wrote a glowing review, stating that she felt very comfortable with her clinician, who helped her manage her anxiety and showed genuine care. This sentiment is echoed by the private reviewer, who is "very pleased" with the caring nature of both the therapists and doctor.

Communication

However, the reviews also highlight the clinic's poor communication. Author Alyssa Miconi expressed disappointment with the lack of response from her clinician, Dr. Nathan, who failed to return her phone calls for two weeks. The situation escalated when Alyssa left a voicemail, to which the secretary responded, but never followed up. This experience led Alyssa to conclude that the clinic is "awful" with communication and not suited for serious patients.

Expertise

Alyssa Miconi's review also touches on the clinic's limitations, stating that while her clinician, Suzanne King, was supportive, she was not able to help Alyssa "dig a little deeper" or address her underlying issues. This suggests that the clinic may not be equipped to handle complex or serious cases.
