About Ginny Ayres

Ginny Ayres is a licensed professional counselor and psychotherapist with years of experience working with adults, young adults, families, and couples. She is licensed in both Connecticut and New York and has extensive training in various modalities including attachment issues, anxiety, substance abuse disorders, relationship issues, and anger control problems. Ginny's approach is compassionate, non-judgmental, and empowering, and she believes in the power of collaboration and personalized therapy to bring about positive change in her clients' lives.

Education and Professional Activities

Ginny holds a Bachelor's degree from Dickinson College and a Master's degree from Fordham University. She is a member of the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society and the Alpha Sigma Nu Honor Society. She has also completed various professional activities and memberships, including the American Psychotherapy Association. Ginny has undergone extensive training in meditation and energy work, including the Davidji 40 Days of Transformation, Deepok Chopra and Oprah Winfrey's 21-Day Meditation Program, and the Clairvision School / Steven Sagan Knowledge Tracks.
