We have been providing private psychotherapy in New Jersey for over 20 years. Our practice serves adults, couples, and adolescents confronting depression, anxiety, trauma, and addictive behaviors. We integrate contemporary psychoanalysis, relational theory, and ego psychology to tailor each treatment plan. Our founder earned a Masters degree from Columbia University School of Social Work and a psychoanalysis certificate from the National Institute for the Psychotherapies. Before entering private practice, we consulted for major corporations, directing employee assistance programs for organizations such as the Ford Foundation and ScheringPlough. We continue to deliver EAP services for Cigna Healthcare and other large employers, demonstrating our expertise in workplace mental health.

We create a safe, shamefree environment where clients can explore deep assumptions and develop actionable change plans. Services
Psychotherapy
Our psychotherapy sessions meet weekly or biweekly to explore the origins and triggers of each clients distress. We work with adults, couples, and adolescents addressing depression, anxiety, addictions, and selfdefeating patterns. Clients gain insight, develop healthier coping skills, and experience measurable relief in relationships and daily functioning.
Psychoanalysis
Psychoanalysis offers an intensive, longterm approach to uncover unconscious sources of chronic relational and occupational difficulties. We examine memories, dreams, fantasies, and repetitive behaviors to transform selfdefeating personality traits. Clients report deeper selfunderstanding, lasting symptom reduction, and enhanced capacity for meaningful connections.
Couples Counseling
Our couples counseling facilitates open dialogue between partners to resolve conflict and rebuild trust. We identify maladaptive interaction patterns and teach communication strategies tailored to each relationship. Partners leave therapy with stronger emotional intimacy, clearer expectations, and sustainable conflictresolution tools.
