Outdated Pricing Structure
Some reviewers were unhappy with the pricing structure, with one stating that it's $3.66 per minute ($200 per session) and that the therapist will watch the clock the last 10 minutes of the session. This has led to a feeling that the service is more focused on collecting payment than providing actual help.
Mixed Experiences
One reviewer, Jeff Emerson, had a positive experience with the service, stating that they had been going to the center for two years and had two therapists who were extremely helpful in getting them through their mental struggles. However, another reviewer, Syd, had a negative experience, stating that the therapist never offered any real advice or help and that it just felt like a "giant money-grab".
Lack of Emotional Support
Another reviewer, Timothy Olin, had a horrific experience, stating that the behavioral health workers were unhelpful and unempathetic. He expresses that when someone is suicidal, you shouldn't dismiss their feelings by saying "Everyone gets depressed", but instead, you should ask how you can help. This lack of emotional support is alarming and may have serious consequences.
