As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and a Licensed Chemical Dependency Professional (CDP), Heidi has spent over 20 years working in the mental health field, helping individuals, couples, and families overcome their struggles. With a warm, relaxed, and accepting atmosphere, Heidi provides a safe space for her clients to begin to work on their challenges.

Our Services

Our services include individual, couples, and family counseling. Heidi specializes in helping individuals, couples, and families with a wide range of issues, including life transitions, anxiety, anticipatory grief, grief & loss, depression, teenage issues, self-esteem, relationship issues, body image, eating disorders, and chemical abuse/dependency.

Equine Assisted Psychotherapy

In addition to traditional therapy, Heidi also offers Equine Assisted Psychotherapy (EAP). As a certified instructor through PATH (Path International-Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship International) and a certified equine assister psychotherapist through EAGALA (Equine Assisted Growth and Learning Association), Heidi has the expertise to utilize horses in her therapy sessions. This unique approach has shown to be highly effective in helping individuals overcome their struggles.
