Building stronger, more resilient lives, one person at a time.
My journey to becoming a psychologist was fueled by a deep-seated desire to understand the human experience and empower individuals to overcome their struggles. I believe in the inherent potential for growth and change within every individual, and I have dedicated my career to creating a safe and supportive space for people to explore their anxieties, painful memories, and emotional struggles.
My approach to therapy is collaborative and personalized. I utilize a blend of evidence-based methodologies, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions. This allows me to tailor my interventions to each client's unique needs and goals.
