Disrespectful Treatment and Negligence
Frances F. gives the establishment a 1-star rating and expresses her disappointment with Karen Greenhood, a provider she finds to be "not a caring provider." Frances claims that Karen is "dismissive and not thorough" and that her negligence led to Frances being admitted to the ER due to high blood pressure.
