Unlocking Possibilities Together Starts with You

Welcome to our practice, where we are dedicated to supporting you in your journey towards healing, growth, and self-sufficiency. Our mission is to guide you in finding your best options, whether in individual and family therapy, addictions counseling, or Equine Somatic Psychotherapy. We strive to create a safe and nurturing environment that empowers you to achieve confident self-sufficiency and independence based on a true love of self.

Our Approach

Our approach is based on the understanding that a life is not just what we see, think, or experience, but rather what we project, decide, and allow. We aim to hold up a mirror for you to see what we see, understand your motivations, and help you identify patterns that may be preventing you from living your best life. Our goal is to provide you with tools and techniques to practice until you find yourself functioning in a new way that serves you rather than creates more challenges.

Services Offered

As a licensed clinical social worker and licensed chemical dependency counselor, our founder, Bettina Wright, has extensive experience and training in trauma, abuse survivors, and addictions. Our other areas of expertise include family issues, relationship coaching, grief and loss counseling, crisis intervention, and life transitions. We are certified in Radix, a type of therapy that teaches body awareness and provides techniques to discharge emotions, which is especially helpful in working through issues of trauma and emotional, physical, and sexual abuse.

In addition, we specialize in Equine Somatic Psychotherapy, an innovative approach that combines traditional psychotherapy with the healing power of horses. This modality enables clients to deepen their awareness of their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and practice new ways of relating to themselves and others.
