Empowering Women to Live Their Best Lives

At Southern California Psychology Centers, APC, we understand that the world has grown increasingly complex, and sometimes it can feel like the ground beneath us has shifted. Most of us were never exposed to the foundations of mental health and how those inform what kinds of changes we can make to feel better and function more with purpose. That's why we're here to help. Talk therapy and sometimes medications can make an enormous difference in helping us to adapt and unlock growth. But finding mental health care has grown increasingly difficult, particularly when you hope to use your insurance to pay for coverage.

Comprehensive Psychological Services

We aim to provide you with a broad array of services and specialties so that we cover most any need in-house. Our mental health professionals are dedicated to helping you through whatever challenges you face and give you an accurate diagnosis. We offer a range of services, including therapy, Uniformed Services Testing & Treatment, and Testing/Assessment. Our team of professionals includes psychologists, therapists, and psychiatrists who are trained to provide evidence-based treatments that meet the unique needs of our clients.

Access to Mental Health Care

Luckily, we have clinicians standing by, and we may, in some cases, be able to get you an appointment within 24 to 48 hours, via telehealth platforms like Zoom or by telephone, with a qualified mental professional for psychotherapy or with a psychiatrist for medication evaluation and management or addiction medicine to treat cravings that derail brave attempts at sobriety. We accept many different insurance health plans, including Blue Shield Federal Employee Program, Lyra, Aetna, Healthnet/MHN, TriCare West, Worker's Comp PPO, Molina, Cigna, Humana, Medicare HMO, Medicare Aetna Better Health (Medi-Cal), and United Healthcare.

Connection and Collaboration

We believe that it's the relationship that heals. That's why we value connection above all else. Our team emphasizes connection in the training of our clinicians and staff. Whether you are looking for individual, group, family therapy, or marriage counseling, you can expect to work with a thoughtful, caring, and knowledgeable professional who will take the time to listen and understand your perspective and experiences without judgment, before applying scientifically-tested therapeutic strategies to help you adapt and thrive. We want you to feel connected to your therapist and a big part of that is feeling like you have an ally in that person. We all need touchstones in our lives, and we aim to offer you the opportunity to feel uniquely understood and supported as you face your challenges.

Giving Back

By accessing care through our clinics, you are also helping someone else, in our community or around the world, since we donate a portion of profits to organizations dedicated to helping others and alleviating suffering.
