Management Issues
The reviewer, Sara Sunshine Rosado, had a poor experience with the practice due to management issues. She was initially assigned to Dr. Driggs, but was transferred to a different therapist without warning or explanation. Later, her new therapist took a leave of absence, leaving her to start over again.
Lack of Continuity
The practice failed to provide continuity of care, which is essential for patients with mental health issues, especially those with a history of trauma. The reviewer was forced to restart therapy multiple times, which was emotionally and mentally draining.
Deception and Gaslighting
The practice was dishonest and gaslit the reviewer, making excuses and retracting statements. They claimed to have tried to reach her but her inbox was full, which was proven to be a lie. This lack of transparency and honesty damaged the reviewer's trust in the practice.
Unprofessional Behavior
The practice showed unprofessional behavior, including patient abandonment and a lack of concern for the reviewer's well-being. They were more concerned with covering themselves legally than with providing proper care.
Recommendation
The reviewer advises others to avoid this practice, especially those who struggle with trust, trauma, or gaslighting. She recommends looking for a professionally managed practice that can provide continuity of care.
