Our practice, led by Dr. Tashawna K. Duncan, is a Bradenton, Florida-based provider of psychological services for children, adolescents, and adults. Dr. Duncan is a licensed psychologist, licensed school psychologist, and certified family mediator, with over two decades of experience working with individuals, families, and communities. We offer a wide range of services, including neuropsychological, psychological, and psychoeducational assessments, individual and family counseling, and educational interventions.

Clinical Services

Our clinical services are designed to aid in diagnosis, intervention planning, and overall well-being. We provide psychotherapy services for a variety of behavioral problems, including those related to divorce, stress in children and adolescents, grief and sadness, trauma and abuse, and more. Our evaluations include pediatric neuropsychology, psycho-educational testing, psychological testing, and assessment of learning disabilities and giftedness. Dr. Duncan is experienced in serving as an expert and resource to the courts and parties in a wide range of legal matters. Our forensic services include collaborative law, social investigation, parent coordination, family reunification, parenting plan facilitation, litigation consulting, and expert witness services in family law mediation and psychological testing.

Expertise and Qualifications

Dr. Duncan holds a Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Florida and has received dual Masters degrees in elementary education and school psychology. She is credentialed by the Council for the National Register for Health Service Providers in Psychology, is a Certified Family Mediator, and is qualified by the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, State of Florida, to serve as a parenting coordinator, parenting plan facilitator, and social investigator. Dr. Duncan has published numerous articles in professional journals, delivered presentations at the local, state, national, and international level, and has provided expert testimony on various subjects.
