Services Offered: Holistic and Evidence-Based Therapies for Whole-Body Healing

At Bluebird Psychotherapy, PLLC, we offer a range of services designed to support your mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being:

1. Relationally-Based and Emotionally-Focused Adult Psychotherapy: Our general practice is grounded in the belief that healing occurs within the context of safe, supportive, and compassionate relationships. We work with individuals to develop emotional awareness, self-regulation, and healthy communication skills that foster growth and promote positive change.

2. Trauma-Informed Therapy: We specialize in treating adults who have experienced trauma, including childhood trauma, neglect, and sexual abuse. Our approach emphasizes safety, empowerment, and collaboration as we work together to heal from the effects of trauma.

3. EMDR Therapy: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a powerful therapeutic approach that can help alleviate symptoms of PTSD, anxiety disorders, panic attacks, complicated grief, disturbing memories, addiction, performance anxiety, general stress, and reduce grief and loss around the death of a loved one. By addressing and reprocessing traumatic memories, EMDR allows individuals to develop new patterns of thought and behavior that promote resilience and healing.

4. QHHT (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique): As a QHHT Level 1 Practitioner, Ivy offers quantum healing hypnosis sessions that facilitate deep relaxation, self-discovery, and spiritual growth. QHHT can help individuals access their inner wisdom, tap into their innate healing abilities, and find answers to life's most profound questions.

5. Induced After-Death Communication (IADC) for EMDR: The IADC protocol for EMDR is a research-based intervention that helps alleviate the deep stress, sadness, grief, and traumatic loss that can be associated with death and dying. By providing a safe and supportive space for processing and healing, the IADC process can bring comfort and closure to those who are grieving.
