Dr. Steinbrink, our lead therapist, is a seasoned psychologist with a passion for teaching individuals the tools to cultivate self-compassion and mindfulness. With years of experience, Dr. Steinbrink has worked with individuals of all ages, from teenagers to adults, helping them overcome a range of challenges, from anxiety and depression to grief and relationship issues.
