I, Dr. Sanders, am a licensed Clinical Psychologist with extensive experience in therapy and psychological testing. About Dr. Sanders

I grew up in the Des Moines area and pursued my academic studies at the University of Northern Iowa, the University of Missouri-Columbia, and The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. My professional experience spans various settings, including inpatient psychiatric hospitals, social services agencies, community mental health centers, and university counseling centers. I have worked with clients of all ages, addressing a range of issues such as depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, relationship difficulties, grief, infertility, life transitions, and parenting struggles. My therapeutic approach is integrative, focusing on narrative therapy to help individuals separate themselves from their problems and find a more fulfilling path forward.

Rates and Insurance

We understand that managing the costs of therapy can be a concern. Our rates are competitive, and we accept various forms of payment including cash, check, Venmo, and credit card. Additionally, we work with most health insurance providers, and your coverage may include all or part of the fees.
