Our licensed psychologist, Susan Miller, has over thirty years of clinical experience working with individuals and couples on a wide range of emotional and relationship issues. We understand that life can be challenging, and we're here to help you navigate through it.

Individual Therapy

At Susan J. Miller, Ph. D., we offer psychotherapy for individual adults, aiming to provide a unique opportunity for deepening your understanding of yourself and others. Our therapy sessions are designed to help you explore effective avenues for healing, growth, and self-discovery. As a therapist, Susan Miller offers careful, compassionate listening without judgment, support for your journey towards a deeper understanding of yourself and others, and tools to help you work through and discard destructive patterns.

Individuals come to our practice wanting to work on a wide range of issues including:

Sessions are 50 minutes long and usually occur weekly. We appreciate payment at the time of service, with a fee of $175 per session.

Marriage and Couples Counseling

Relationships are rewarding and can deeply enrich our lives, but they are also extremely challenging. At Susan J. Miller, Ph. D., we offer marriage and couples counseling to help couples deepen emotional closeness and warmth, improve communication, develop effective tools to reduce and resolve conflict, improve sexual intimacy, transform alienating patterns into loving ones, resolve built-up resentments, forgive a betrayal, and work through infidelity.

Couples in all stages of a relationship are welcome, including those seeking premarital counseling, relationship enrichment, and conflict reduction, as well as those navigating through separation and divorce. With over thirty years of marriage and thirty years of clinical experience, Susan Miller is well-equipped to guide couples through their relationship challenges.

About Dr. Susan Miller

Dr. Susan Miller is a licensed clinical psychologist (Colorado #709) offering psychotherapy to individuals and couples. She has a bachelor's, master's, and a doctoral degree from the University of Utah. Deeply committed to this work, she offers a nonjudgmental presence, thoughtful sensitivity, and an honest, collaborative engagement with each client. Dr. Miller has been married for over thirty years and has two adult children.
