Our therapeutic approach encompasses various techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT),C lient-Centered Therapy, and Sand Tray Therapy, allowing us to tailor treatment plans to individual preferences and circumstances.

• Counseling/Therapy: We provide both in-person and telehealth therapy sessions for individuals, adolescents, adults, and families. These sessions offer a safe and confidential space to explore thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and develop healthy coping mechanisms.

• Evaluation: Our thorough psychological evaluations can help identify the root of emotional, mental, and psychological challenges. These evaluations often involve psychological and/or neuropsychological testing, providing valuable insights that inform treatment planning.

• EMDR Therapy: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a proven therapy for processing and resolving traumatic memories and experiences. • ADHD Evaluation and Treatment: We specialize in diagnosing and treating Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) in children, adolescents, and adults. Our assessments include in-depth interviews, behavioral observations, and standardized testing. Based on the results, we develop individualized treatment plans that may involve medication management, therapy, or a combination of both.
