Our Story

Our founder, Joseph Acosta, M.A., Licensed Professional Counselor, and Certified Group Therapist, has dedicated his career to understanding the complexities of human emotions and relationships. With over 20 years of experience in the mental health field, Joseph has worked with individuals, groups, and organizations to help them develop effective communication skills, overcome personal and professional challenges, and cultivate a deeper sense of self-awareness and well-being.
