At our mental health practice, we are dedicated to providing comprehensive and innovative solutions for individuals struggling with mental health concerns. Our team of experienced providers is committed to delivering personalized care, tailored to each patient's unique needs. Our goal is to empower individuals to live fulfilling lives, free from the burden of mental health challenges.
Our Approach
We understand that every individual is unique, and so is their mental health journey. Our providers are trained to diagnose and treat a wide range of conditions, including depression, anxiety, and other mental health concerns. We offer a range of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy. Our providers work closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans, incorporating both traditional therapies and evidence-based interventions.
TMS Therapy
In recent years, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) has emerged as a groundbreaking treatment for depression. Our practice is proud to offer NeuroStar TMS Therapy, a non-invasive, non-pharmacological treatment that uses targeted magnetic pulses to stimulate key areas of the brain. With its FDA approval since 2008, TMS has been shown to be a safe and effective treatment for depression, offering new hope for individuals who have not responded to traditional treatments.

Quality of Service
The reviews suggest that the office staff, particularly the front desk, are often unfriendly and unhelpful. Author Caleb Hill mentions that the front office staff are rude and short with patients, and Beatrice B. experienced a similar issue during his son's appointment. On the other hand, some patients, such as Misha B. and Adrianna Rodriguez, have had positive experiences with the front office staff, describing them as helpful and responsive.
Doctor's Availability
The reviews highlight the difficulty in getting to see the actual doctor, Dr. Cantu. Veronica Sawyer mentions that in 5 years, she has never seen Dr. Cantu, and Caleb Hill notes that getting a refill is a pain because there is only one prescribing doctor. On the other hand, some patients, such as Jesse Oberholtzer and Chelsea Garza, have had positive experiences with Dr. Cantu, describing her as attentive and helpful.
Billing and Insurance
Some patients have expressed frustration with the billing process, including Veronica Sawyer, who believes that billing is more important than patients. Caleb Hill also mentions that the office does not accept all insurances, which led him to stop seeing his therapist.
Staff Training and Professionalism
Beatrice B.'s review highlights a serious lack of professionalism and training within the office. She mentions that the new nurse practitioner, Jennifer Hughes, is called a "doctor" despite lacking medical education and abilities, and that medication errors and refill requests were not handled efficiently.
