Positive Experiences

They praised the staff, particularly Glenda in the insurance department, for being patient and helpful in resolving insurance issues. Others appreciated the accurate diagnoses and treatments they received, which significantly improved their quality of life.
Insurance Issues and Miscommunication
However, one reviewer had a very negative experience due to miscommunication about copays and insurance coverage. They were told they would have a $25 copay, but were later billed $240 and refused to bill their secondary insurance, leading to frustration and stress.
Diagnostic Issues
Another reviewer was unhappy with the diagnostic process, particularly for adults on the Autism Spectrum. They felt that the organization was incapable of properly diagnosing adults and that the evaluator refused to diagnose them due to their ability to make eye contact, despite their obvious Autistic traits.
