Business Details
We are Springtown Psychological Services, a practice led by licensed clinical psychologist Dr. Genevieve Reich, Psy.D. We have extensive clinical training spanning diverse settings including community mental health centers, preparatory schools, residential programs, partial hospital programs, juvenile detention centers, college counseling centers, and private practice. We provide comprehensive psychological assessment and therapy services to children, adolescents, and adults across all PSYPACT participating states. We integrate evidence-based treatment, in-depth psychological assessment, and a developmentally informed approach to care for every client we serve. We recognize that seeking psychological support can feel daunting, and we approach every client interaction with genuine curiosity and empathy. We center the expertise of our clients on their own lived experiences, working collaboratively to understand their unique needs and goals.
We reject one-size-fits-all care models, and we encourage open, honest feedback from clients about what is and is not working throughout their treatment or assessment process. We have specialized expertise supporting families with children exhibiting disruptive behavioral concerns, as well as clients of all ages navigating depression, anxiety, and adjustment challenges. Our founder additionally serves as adjunct faculty in a doctoral-level clinical psychology program, where she teaches Child & Adolescent Psychopathology and supervises advanced assessment training teams. We integrate contemporary research, ethical practice standards, and lessons from our teaching and supervision work into all clinical care we provide. We are committed to delivering rigorous, current, and thoughtfully applied psychological services that prioritize client satisfaction and positive outcomes.
